It is important to consider that you must have a valid passport, when crossing the border between the US and Canada. This trip will take you approximately one and a half hours. The distance between Seattle and Victoria is 119 km. On this route, you will not be able to transport cars or other vehicles, as the passage is carried out on a hight-speed catamaran ferry. The ticket price varies depending on the age of the passenger:
- for adults – 17.50
- for children from 5 to 11 years old – 8.60
- for children under 4 years old – free of charge

Ferries from Alaska do not go to Anchorage. The most direct ferry to Anchorage is via Whittier. Therefore, if you are interested in
transporting cars to Anchorage, you should choose the route that suits you best. You either need to disembark at Haines AK and travel about 675 miles, or take a ferry from Bellingham WA to Whittier AK, which will avoid entering Canada.
